Open any video, then:
- Hover over it and click ● Clip, or press ⌥I at the start of the moment you want.
- Drag the two white handles, or press ⌥O at the end.
- Pick a size if you're posting it somewhere (Status, Feed, Square), then click Save clip. It shows up here.
Want a still instead? Press ⌥P to screenshot the frame. It's copied, ready to paste.
